If the ordered product does not meet your expectations, you can return it or withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment. To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply send a notice of withdrawal to the following email address: biuro@trialsklep.pl before the 14-day period expires.

Step 1: Contact us stating the reason for your return and await our response.

Step 2: Pack the item you want to return along with the receipt or invoice.

Send the item to be returned without delay, but no later than 14 days from the day you informed the store of your withdrawal to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Step 4:The funds will be refunded to your bank account without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day you informed us about the return, and we received the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same method of payment that was used for the original transaction. You will be notified of the refund by email.

COMPLAINT

If the received product has a defect or is damaged, you have the right to file a complaint. To do so, please contact us via email at biuro@trialsklep.pl, providing the following information:

• Order number
• Describe the defect or damage
• If possible, send a photo showing the product's defect

Your complaint will be accepted and processed within 14 business days from the date of the report. Details of the complaint procedure can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
